Rick writes: Maria and I have been working on Zentangle for 19 years now. Our passion has never waned. Most of you reading this have experienced some of the benefits of the Zentangle Method. As caretakers of the Zentangle Method, we are searching for new ways to spread the word to people who can benefit from it, particularly now with all that is going on. For the month of May, we observed Mental Health Awareness Month. Through a series of blogs, newsletters and videos, we encouraged conversations and creativity supporting mental health awareness and well being. Our desire in this series was to explore the Zentangle Method as a supportive tool for mental health and to highlight stories of those using the Zentangle Method in their own mental health journey.
