I'm not a CZT. Can I teach the Zentangle method to others?
We've discovered that people inevitably want to share the Zentangle Method and artform with others. After teaching a Zentangle workshop at our grandson's second grade class, by the next day children throughout the school were creating their own Zentangle art! Many aspects of the Zentangle® Method, including our materials and teaching tools, as well as the material on this site, are covered by copyright. Can I sell my Zentangle inspired creations?
We do not restrict use of our tangles (patterns) but you need written permission to put our name or logo on what you sell. Please see this page for complete guidelines on how you can sell your Zentangle inspired creations.
How do I become a Certified Zentangle Teacher?
To become a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT) you will need to attend a CZT seminar. We hold these several times a year and you can read about our CZT program here.

Falling under the category of “never say never”, we responded to the overwhelming requests from our community of Zentangle enthusiasts to design an online CZT seminar. See all of our seminar offerings here.
I can't afford to come to Providence, RI. Can you give a CZT seminar in _________ ?
We work diligently to keep our CZT seminars as inexpensive as possible, while providing the venue and materials necessary to have a wonderful experience. If we were to travel more than a short driving distance from our home base our costs would go up significantly. It would end up costing attendees much more than if they had flown to Providence. If we would teach a seminar in say, California, the tuition would have to be many times what it is now, certainly more than it would cost someone to come to Providence from California.

How long will it take you to process my order?
Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm EST.
We strive to have all orders fulfilled within two business days. During high volume sales times or while we are hosting an event, orders may be delayed.
Please verify your shipping address is correct at check out.(through our shop and through PayPal if you choose to check-out with their services) before submitting your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! You will being given shipping options and their costs during the check out process. For shipments outside the U.S., the recipient is responsible for any additional charges such as import duties and taxes assessed by the destination country’s custom officials. Please note that the delivery driver may need to collect these additional charges at the time of delivery. Many of our international CZTs have product for sale and this may be easier for you. What do I do if my package has not been delivered?
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps: Check with neighbors to see if the package was left there. Please note, once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. At that point, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package was shipped by the USPS, we recommend that you first contact your local post office. If they are unable to help you locate the package, a claim can be filed at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.html.
