Return and Refund Policy
Returns
You may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected at our sole discretion.
Unless otherwise stated in this policy, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, you must notify us at info@zentangle.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
Your request must include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the defect, damage, or error (if applicable)
Upon verification, and at our sole discretion, we will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label, if return is required, and
- Offer either a replacement or full refund.
Claims submitted after the 7-day period may be denied.
This policy does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance that do not affect function
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will determine eligibility for a refund in our sole discretion.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within three (3) business days of approval.
Please note:
- Financial institutions may require additional time to process and post the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order is deemed undeliverable due to:
- Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
- Shipments that go unclaimed or failure to pay required duties, fees, taxes, or respond to carrier requests.
The following terms apply:
- Returned Shipments: If the package is returned in resalable condition, a refund will be issued minus all shipping costs incurred, including outbound and return shipping, duties, fees, and taxes charged to us for the return. Please note that your refund may be delayed until all fees incurred have been finalized.
- Non-Returned Shipments: If the carrier does not return the package, no refund will be issued.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping information and compliance with import requirements.
General Provisions
- We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund that does not comply with this policy.
- We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
- This policy is governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates.
