Shipping and Tax Information
We strive to have all orders fulfilled within two business days. Our days of operation are Monday-Friday. During high volume sales times or while we are hosting an event, orders may be delayed.
Please note that transit times are estimates made by the carrier. They are not necessarily guarantees. For information regarding transit times and service delays, please refer to UPS.com or USPS.com

International Customers: For shipments outside the U.S., the recipient is responsible for any additional charges such as import duties and taxes assessed by the destination country’s custom officials. Please refer to your local jurisdiction for information regarding additional costs that can be expected. Please note that the delivery driver may need to collect these additional charges at the time of delivery.
US Customers: Zentangle Inc. is required to collect Sales Tax for purchases made in a number of states. Orders are accepted with the understanding that such taxes shall be added, as required by law. Where applicable, Zentangle will charge sales tax unless you have a valid and current sales tax exemption certificate on file with Zentangle. Zentangle will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid sales tax certificate is not provided. If you are exempt from sales tax, you must fax a copy of your exemption certificate to Zentangle— Attn: Sales Tax Exemption (1-774-252-9021) or email your exemption certificate to email@example.com. If Zentangle is not required to collect Sales Tax in your state, you may still have an obligation to pay Sales Use Tax to your state. Please check with your state for additional information.
