"On the Eighth Day of Zentangle . . ."
What a delightful year at Zentangle HQ when a quiet little snail named Bijou™ joined the Zentangle family! Bijou was and is an amazing wisdom-whisperer for the Zentangle Method . . . and he doesn't even speak. His tactful and modest way of reminding us of the little things about the method that mean so much. We have come to call these special sentiments Bijouisms.

Not only did Bijou bring us his presence and magical "aura" but he also became the inspiration for a smaller tile in the Zentangle tile collection. This tile of course would be named after our new friend. In August of 2014, we introduced Bijou and the white Bijou tile. This tiny tile measures 2" (about 5 cm) square and is die cut from white Fabriano Tiepolo.
Enjoy this fun little lesson in honor of Bijou and the Bijou tile.
Thanks for the fun inspiration. These crowns are so cute!

It never ceases to amaze me how much beauty can be packed into such a tiny space. I like bijous a lot, although I find I have to think/see on a different scale somehow.

Fun crowns! But the tip about using a paperclip is so helpful! And it really works! Thanks for sharing with us.
