Shipping To The European Union
To our valued customers in the European Union,
Thank you for your interest in Zentangle’s products. We truly appreciate your business.
Effective July 1, 2021, value added tax (VAT) must be collected for all goods entering European Union(EU) member states.
The VAT ranges from 17% to 27% depending on the EU member state, not including any applicable duties or fees. These duties, fees and taxes must be collected from the recipient by the delivering agent.
Please understand that once we ship your order, you are responsible for all additional duties, fees, or taxes, that your government may impose on you. Please contact your local government regarding any of these charges.
Please see our Return and Refund Policy which has information regarding undeliverable orders.
As a small company, we are doing our best to navigate the ever-changing global regulatory environment.
In the meantime, please remember that all of our video materials are available for free online at our YouTube channel.

If you withdraw from this Contract within the 14-day-cooling-off period, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional expenses resulting from a method of delivery selected by you other than the cheapest method of standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be issued using the same method of payment that you used to make the initial transaction. We will issue the refund once we receive the returned goods.
