Thank you for your interest in Zentangle’s products. We truly appreciate your business.  

Effective July 1, 2021, value added tax (VAT) must be collected for all goods entering European Union(EU) member states.

The VAT ranges from 17% to 27% depending on the EU member state, not including any applicable duties or fees.  These duties, fees and taxes must be collected from the recipient by the delivering agent.

Please understand that once we ship your order, you are responsible for all additional duties, fees, or taxes, that your government may impose on you. Please contact your local government regarding any of these charges.

Update June 2026: Beginning July 1, 2026, new European Union customs regulations may affect orders shipped to EU countries. Depending on your location and order value, additional customs duties, fees, or processing requirements may apply.
