Black Tile Tangling
We began tangling patterns with black ink on white paper. Here we use white ink to tangle on black paper.
We use an 100% cotton mould made archival quality black paper for all of our black tiles with the exception of the Apprentice tiles. To shade we use a buttery-smooth white "charcoal" pencil.
Black tile tangling offers new explorations and experiences with familiar tangles.
