"On the Twelfth Day of Zentangle . . ."
On the twelfth stroke of Zentangle
R and M imagined,
3Z Renaissances
What a fun trip we have had traveling with you all down Zentangle's memory lane. This metaphorical high-way abounds with the inspiring individual creative contributions of amazing Zentangle enthusiasts from across the globe.
Thank you all!
Our precious memories of magical moments throughout the years go far beyond pen and paper. Each and every one of you has contributed something no one else could. All of us are grateful that you are a part of this extended Zentangle family. We are "over the moon" excited to see what Zentangle's future brings us.
As we meet you, through letters, in person, or via tangles, you inspire us to do what we do. Every bit of it is dear to our hearts. Thank you for sharing with us and each other.
We are grateful for our Zentangle past, we embrace our Zentangle present, and we invite you to join us for our Zentangle future.
On this last day of our 2017 Twelve Days of Zentangle, we celebrate the regal 3Z Renaissance tile.
Enjoy!

Merry Happy This Time of Year to you all! I loved all of the projects days, and while I haven’t had a chance to actually jump in and do much, I think my favorite day was 9 with the 2-color Bijous. I must say I am loving the project packs! I have bought both, and although I have all of the different tiles and things here (I do love variety LOL!) I find it nice to have everything I need in a pack when I sit down with the videos. I hope you continue with these, they are wonderful. I must tell you though, that I think the best part was the feeling of being back at seminar with your lovely voices explaining how/why you do things and allowing us to come along for the ride. I always find I enjoy a tangle much more after watching/hearing your thoughts on them. MUCH better than step-outs!! Thank you again for the few minutes of quiet during each evening of this busy season.

I enjoyed each day! I looked forward to the meditation, learning, and lovely materials. Day 2’s project especially delighted; the 3D aspect pushed my brain in another dimension- and that was just fun! I created ornaments with day 2, and began planning gifts for next Christmas based on this concept. I loved the virtual classroom at home- felt so intimate and warm. The online look at all the other projects felt like being in a live class without the travel and time challenges. Loved the first project pack, but I liked that this one was longer with the creative glue/stick/cut projects. Looking forward to #3.

Having to pick one is really hard! The tie is between Rumpus on day 3 with the ‘enthatching’ and day 4 with Diva Dance. Both versions being brought together with lovely ‘sproings’.
I had to decide these were my top choices because my post cards and envelopes are now embellished with these!
Thank you for the delightful (but brief) journey! Looking forward to next year already!
Hmmmm…how about 12 ZT days in July?
Hugs! :)

Well, I’d have to say the Eighth Day of Zentangle was in my top Twelve days of Zentangle. There is just something about crowns I love. And having Bijou involved was the best ! I want to dress my dining table with these gorgeous conversation starters. Thank you so very much for all these great videos ! ! !

LOL! Your chorus was entertaining! Thank you for the most wonderful gift of Zentangle. I could tell you of all the special moments that Zentangle has blesser me with, but you have heard them all before… just know that this gift has changed my life in many ways! Mostly small, yes, but with large impact!

Thank you, I enjoyed spending these quiet moments every day during the busy holiday season. Every day was a treat. It was great to try out all the different tiles and all the various pens, and new ways to combine tiles, and bonus new tangles. Also, involving your whole family, and sharing your holiday season with us was really special. All the best to you over the season, and in 2018.

My favorites were day 10: using Paradox as a Reticula because I like the possibilities of this technique and I like grid patterns.
Another favorite was day 9, using two bijou tiles to make a tandem tile. Again, the countless possibilities appeal to me as a crafter.
And the other favorite, was day 3, learning about the new Rumpus pattern. Seeing the Zendalas that Maria tangled were breathtaking!
Thank you to each of you and thanks for your kind words to the Zentangle community in today’s post.
We all appreciate you. Happy holidays!

Thanks so much for 12 days of fun. I’ll post what I’ve done when I can get the technology figured out. My favorite project was Day 5 because it’s the one that came out best. But my favorite parts were learning three great new tangles (rumpus, toodles and scena) and lots of tips for enhancements and embellishments. Happy holidays, all!
