Project Pack No. 07 - 12 Days of Zentangle: Day 05

Welcome to the fifth day of Project Pack No. 07.

On this fifth day, why is everyone lining up?

Well, they do want to get some of those hot roasted chestnuts to nibble on. But the main reason is because today Martha tangles zINGsplatz on a square gray Zentangle tile and they sure don't want to miss that.

Enjoy!

  • I have always loved ing. Putting this new spin on it has definitely lit a fire under me to get back to my drawing practice. I find this to be really high-focus, which is perfect for me right now, as I truly need to de-stress. I am so appreciative of Zentangle in my life. ❤

  • Wow! I love how simple repetitive strokes end up forming such an amazing pattern as this creation by Martha. It’s just beautiful. Thx. ~ Rose

  • This will be my first delve into fragmented and reticula tangling.

  • True Zentangle magic – this tile looked so complicated when I saw ones others had completed, and then step by step, stroke after stroke it all started to make sense. I’ve completed my line work – but it’s dark now, tomorrow I will shade and colour and highlight!

  • Thank you Martha for your demonstration of this absolute gorgeous way of drawing ING!

  • Delightful peppering inside of the dingsplat/ING. The added ring at the top and the looping around the aura adds a lot of festivity to the tile. In addition to tangling, I enjoy tatting – the outside looping looks so much like tatted picots. Interesting to see the tiles you shared at the end of the video, too (n’zeppel + fragment) Thx Martha. Festive, lacy, colorful, & delightful. : )
