Q: Why is tracking information not updating?
A: Tracking systems are notoriously unreliable. In our experience, when this happens, your order IS in fact on its way... but tracking is, for some reason, not updating. This often happens when a carrier does not scan your package. Given the current delays in transit times, we ask for your patience in waiting for your package to arrive, even if tracking information is not updating.
Q: My package has been marked delivered but I don't have it, what should I do?
A: Again, tracking systems are unreliable and in our experience packages may be marked delivered but do not show up for a few days. If you have not received your package yet please take the following steps:
- Check with your neighbors to see if the package was left there
